Full Expert Care
Our staff members have extensive backgrounds in care services and nursing, knowledgeable and skilled experts in managing participants with disabilities. To satisfy their care needs at home, our organization works closely with NDIS. Self-funded clients can also use our support services.
In-Home Care
We provide 24/7 in-home support, including personal care, household help, medication management, and companionship, to help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.
Disability Care
Professional support for individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities. We enhance independence through personal care, mobility assistance, household help, and social engagement tailored to specific needs.
Specialist Nursing Services
Our Specialist Nursing service provides expert care for complex medical needs, including wound care, diabetes management, post-surgical support and other specialised fields.
In-Hospital Support
Our team monitors vital signs, administering medication, offering emotional support, and facilitating communication between individuals, their family, and the medical staff.
Hospital to Home
Our Hospital to Home services ensure a smooth transition from hospital to house. We coordinate transportation, equipment, and follow-up care to ensure a safe and comfortable recovery.
Palliative Care
We provide holistic support for serious illnesses, focusing on pain relief, symptom management, spritual and emotional care. We help families make informed decisions to improve overall quality of life.
Dementia Care
For individuals living with various forms of dementia, we provide specialized support, managing memory loss and behavioral changes through stimulation exercises and emotional care in a safe environment to enhance well-being.
Sleepover - Active Night Care
Caring Hands Connect provides 24/7 overnight support. Our caregivers remain awake and alert to ensure safety, comfort, and immediate assistance throughout the night.
Preventative Care
